Service Scan Evaluations was launched in 1996 by the founder directors of its sister company Progressive Training – a leading provider of technical and professional training to the UK service and hospitality industries.
Supported by Operations Director Jane Borrill, the Service Scan team successfully set out to meet and develop the growing demand for expert evaluation services. Our initial focus on Mystery Shopper programmes has rapidly broadened to encompass:
